1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and haybajy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the haybajy website located at haybajy.net and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of haybajy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the haybajy Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

haybajy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the haybajy platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to real-money gaming and sports betting on haybajy is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while holding an account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. haybajy is strictly an 18+ platform. Players aged under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money activity on haybajy under any circumstances.
• You are accessing haybajy as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of a business, syndicate, or other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing haybajy from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a haybajy employee, in any role that may create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from haybajy or had an account permanently closed by haybajy for breach of these Terms.

haybajy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by haybajy may result in temporary suspension of account activity and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features on haybajy, you must create a registered account by completing the haybajy registration process and providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. The information you provide during registration must match your official government-issued identification documents.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You will also create a unique username and a secure password. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. haybajy will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active haybajy account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. haybajy uses advanced detection tools to identify duplicate account activity. Any accounts found to be duplicates will be permanently suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and winnings generated from bonus funds may be void.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your haybajy account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify haybajy support immediately via live chat. haybajy will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

haybajy may request KYC documentation at any point — including at registration, prior to processing your first withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a review. KYC documentation typically includes proof of identity (NID or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account linked to your registered mobile number). Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the request will result in account restriction until the process is finalised.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on haybajy are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). haybajy does not charge processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, however your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own applicable transaction charges independently of haybajy.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on haybajy is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by haybajy, however your payment provider may impose their own daily or per-transaction limits. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits via account settings as part of responsible gaming practice. Deposits are credited to your haybajy wallet in real time for mobile banking methods.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by haybajy within approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfer methods. All withdrawal requests require that your KYC verification be fully completed before processing begins. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your name and matches the account details on file with haybajy.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

haybajy reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending review in the following circumstances: the account has not completed KYC verification; the account or associated accounts are under investigation for breach of these Terms; the withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements; or the withdrawal is flagged by haybajy's fraud detection systems. In all such cases, haybajy will notify the player within 24 hours of the hold being applied and provide guidance on how to resolve the review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

haybajy offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new accounts, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and eligible games for satisfying wagering are stated in each individual promotion. Bets placed on games that are excluded from a promotion's wagering calculation will not count towards clearing the bonus. haybajy publishes clear, plain-English bonus terms for every active promotion.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered out within the expiry period will be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

haybajy reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings in cases where the platform determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using betting strategies designed to hedge bonus wagering with minimal risk; colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements; and providing false information during registration to gain access to a promotion.

5.4 Promotion Eligibility

haybajy reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion at any time, including by geography, payment method, game type, or account status. Promotions are intended for recreational players only. haybajy may exclude players from promotional offers without prior notice if account behaviour is inconsistent with recreational play patterns.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on haybajy is governed by these Terms and by game-specific rules published within each game and in the haybajy FAQ. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or betting market before placing real-money wagers.

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on haybajy — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — are supplied by internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and others. All RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the supplying studio and is available within the game's information panel. haybajy does not modify game RTP values.

6.2 Sports Betting

haybajy offers sports betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, international ODI and Test matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports as published on the platform. All odds are expressed in decimal format unless the player's display settings are changed. Settled bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. haybajy reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by data errors, system faults, or events outside haybajy's reasonable control.

6.3 Responsible Gambling During Gaming

Players are encouraged to use haybajy's responsible gaming tools — including session limits and deposit controls — when engaging in extended gaming sessions. haybajy may impose limits on account activity if unusual patterns are detected that suggest a player may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. All such interventions are carried out in the player's interest and in accordance with haybajy's Responsible Gaming Policy.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

haybajy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances that include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose
• Multiple account creation or any form of bonus abuse
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player with their payment provider
• Threats, abusive language, or harassment directed at haybajy staff
• Technical exploitation, use of bots, or any form of automated betting system not authorised by haybajy

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their haybajy account at any time by contacting the live support team. Before closure, haybajy will process any pending withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements). Account closure requests related to responsible gaming will be processed with immediate effect. Players who have self-excluded cannot reopen their account within the exclusion period regardless of the reason for the request.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. haybajy will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related account management measures. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting haybajy support and completing any required re-verification steps.

8 Limitation of Liability

haybajy provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, haybajy disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the platform, its content, and any services or products accessible through it.

haybajy shall not be liable to any player for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from or in connection with:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, whether from casino games or sports betting markets
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance or events outside haybajy's reasonable control
• Errors in odds, game results, or account balances that haybajy has made reasonable efforts to correct promptly upon discovery
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate security over their credentials
• Actions taken by haybajy in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or withdrawal holds

Nothing in these Terms shall limit haybajy's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. haybajy makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Players access haybajy at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
